1. How do I book the cart?
You can reach out through our website, Instagram, or email. Once we confirm your event date and details, we’ll send over a contract and deposit invoice to secure your booking.
2. What types of events can I rent the cart for?
Our mobile charcuterie cart is perfect for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, grand openings, parties, and any celebration where you want to wow your guests.
3. How much does it cost to rent the cart?
Pricing depends on the size of your event, the menu selection, and the length of time you’d like the cart. Packages start at $400 with the rental of the cart. Then it’s minimum of 20 guest. We’ll customize a quote based on your needs.
4. What’s included with the cart rental?
The cart comes fully styled and stocked with a curated charcuterie spread (meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers, and accompaniments). We also provide setup and cleanup so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
5. Do you stay and serve during the event?
Yes! The mobile cart comes with staff to replenish and serve as needed.
6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Last minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
7. How many guests does the cart serve?
We can customize the cart for intimate gatherings (20 guests) all the way up to large parties (100+ guests).
8. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We can create vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options upon request. Just let us know when booking.
9. Can the cart be styled for specific themes?
Absolutely. I can match colors, florals, and event themes to your vision. I focus on non-holiday events (dinner parties, weddings, baby/bridal showers, business events, etc.), so holiday-specific styling is not available.
10. Do you travel?
We service the Tucson area. Travel outside this area may include an additional fee.
11. What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule your event when possible.
